Rain, Rain, Rain

November 23, 2001- Friday- Day 28

1:30 pm- It has been raining on us all day, soaking wet and miserable. We are out of the rain for a break at a church just outside of Irwington. I can't record my trip today do to all the rain, so I will have to remember everything and put it in the book tomorrow. Another Mexican picked us up outside of Dublin and brought us this far. He said he was going to Milledgeville later and he would keep his eyes open for me. Skil's is tired and hungry and I feel so bad for him, he didn't ask for this. Poor little boy! I believe when this front passes it is gonna get wickedly cold. I can feel the temp going down already. Somewhere up here I have to start heading to the east, I don't know where, wish I had a map. Everything is wet and very heavy today. Sure wish I didn't have to carry all this Georgia water around with me.
